Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been prepared or picked up.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup date.

No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items.

If there is an issue with your order (wrong item or quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we can review and make it right when appropriate.
